hiya. saw yer message so i thought id reply :)
i second the notion to use free hand instead of the line tool. dont know if you have a tablet but if you dont.. GET ONE! ..NOW!
and i suggest you draw faces from different angles.. theyre all basically staring straight at the viewer except for the ninja dude. it makes for a more dynamic picture. also, the dudes in the back look a little stale.. they could really use a dangerous pose or something haha. notice the ninja for instance, he's really moving around and doing ..well..something intense and that immediatly draws attention.
i like your attention to detail concerning shading..try using different techniques for different textures. clothing has different shading than skin for instance.
have you ever dabbled in the wonderful world of backgrounds? i love doing them myself, and i guarantee you it is an awesome thing to create your own world!
all in all i think you did a good job on creating an intense atmosphere, but its a little rough around the edges.
